With the consent of the District Deputy Grand Master, R. W. Bro. Malcolm Murray, a communications e-mail list was formed in October 2003 to encourage communications within the district among the executives of each lodge.
In September 2006, by consent of the District Deputy Grand Master, R. W. Bro. Ivan Elliott, this list was opened up to all masons from lodges in Hamilton District A.
The primary aim of the e-mail list is to allow the members to freely communicate with their counterparts in other lodges within our district using the internet such that we can keep the district masonic membership informed of important occasions, meetings, etc. within the district. Lets face it – the more we reach out to other lodges, and inform them of our important social and Masonic events, the better our chances of more visitations between lodges.
